This Privacy Policy explains how the MyBizzCard mobile application (“App”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT STORE ON OUR SERVERS

We operate a secure processing server to enable AI features.
This server does not store business card images, OCR text, extracted contact data, CRM notes, tags, reminder content, CSV files, or Excel files after processing is completed.
We do not create user accounts.
Your scanned results, batch lists, CRM entries, tags, reminders, export files, and saved card data are stored only on your device unless you choose to export or save them elsewhere using your device features.

2. OFFLINE PROCESSING (FREE PLAN)

Offline scanning runs on your device. When you use offline features, card images and text are processed locally.
Examples:
- Scan Card (offline)
- QR Scan on Card (offline)
- Save Cropped Card (saved locally on your device)
- Manual card creation

3. AI FEATURES (OPENAI PROCESSING)
---------------------------------------
The App includes AI-powered extraction. When AI is used, the App securely sends either:
- OCR text extracted on your device, or
- A card image (depending on the feature and mode)
to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI returns structured card fields to your device.
AI limits in the App:
• Free Plan: a limited number of lifetime AI scans
• AI Pro Plan: a monthly AI usage quota, subject to plan conditions shown in the App
We do not store the submitted OCR text or card images on our servers.
OpenAI processes data under its own Privacy Policy and Terms.

4. BATCH CRM FEATURES

The App may allow you to create and manage batch lists, scan multiple business cards, add CRM notes, assign tags, track reminder details, filter leads, and manage contact records in a simple on-device CRM workflow.
This batch CRM information is stored locally on your device unless you choose to:
- export it as CSV or Excel,
- save selected contacts to your phonebook,
- send batch emails using your installed email app,
- or share exported files manually.
We do not store your batch CRM records on our servers.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to scan, save, export, store, email, share, or add business card and contact information to your phonebook or CRM records using the App.
Where required by applicable law, you must obtain the card holder’s consent or have another valid legal basis before processing their personal data. You are also responsible for providing any notices required by applicable law and for honoring any applicable objection, deletion, access, correction, or other privacy rights requests.
The App is provided as a tool for managing contact information. We do not determine your legal basis for processing personal data and we are not responsible for how you use, share, export, store, or otherwise process contact data outside the App.

6. PHONEBOOK / CONTACT SAVING

If you choose to save a scanned contact or selected CRM entries to your device phonebook, the App writes that information to the contacts account you select on your device.
This may include:
- name
- job title
- company
- phone numbers
- email addresses
- website
- address
- local-language fields
- notes, tags, batch details, or reminder details when applicable
Phonebook storage is handled by your device operating system and the contact account provider you choose (for example, local device storage, Google Contacts, SIM, or another supported contact account).
We do not control or store contact data once you save it into your phonebook.

7. EXPORTS (CSV / EXCEL / VCF)

If you use export features, the App may generate CSV, Excel, or VCF files locally on your device.
These exported files may contain business card details, CRM details, tags, reminder information, batch names, and other information you entered or scanned.
Exported files are stored only on your device in the location selected by the App or the Android system.
You are responsible for how you store, send, upload, or share exported files after export.
We do not upload exported CSV, Excel, or VCF files to our servers.

8. EMAIL FEATURES

If you use batch email tools or contact actions that open an email app, the App passes selected email addresses to the email application installed on your device so you can review and send the message yourself.
We do not send emails from our own servers.
Any email you send is handled by your chosen email provider or email app.

9. ADVERTISING

The current version of the App does not display third-party advertisements and does not integrate any ad networks.
No business card images, extracted text, CRM data, contact data, reminder data, or exported files are shared with any advertising partners.
If advertisements are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before they are enabled.

10. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions and payments are handled by Google Play.
We do not collect or store payment card information.
Subscription status, product details, and pricing are provided by Google Play Billing according to your Google Play account, market, and device environment.

11. ERROR LOGS & PERFORMANCE
---------------------------------------
We may receive anonymized crash/performance information from Google Play Console or related platform tools.
This information does not include business card images, extracted card text, CRM data, phonebook contents, or exported CSV/Excel/VCF files.

12. SECURITY
---------------------------------------
AI requests are transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections.
Locally stored files, CRM entries, exports, and contacts on your device are protected according to your device security, operating system settings, and the apps/accounts you choose to use.
Users are responsible for:
- securing their own devices,
- controlling what they scan,
- reviewing exported files,
- and deciding what to save to phonebook or share externally.

13. DATA RETENTION

We do not retain business card images, extracted text, CRM notes, tags, reminders, or exported files on our servers.
Data processed by OpenAI is handled under OpenAI’s policies.
Locally saved data remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, remove it from your phonebook, or delete exported files manually.

14. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

15. CHANGES

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Policy.

16. GOVERNING LAW
---------------------------------------
This Policy is governed by the laws of Türkiye.
Disputes may be resolved by the competent courts of Istanbul unless otherwise required by law.
